What if I can not reach the reception?

If there are several guests our receptionist can’t take up calls, but as soon as it is possible we will call you back. If you do not receive a call from us, please be so kind to call us again.

Can I pay with cash?

Yes of course. You can pay with cash using the local currency which is Forint or using Euro.

Can I pay by card?

Yes you can. We accept American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, UnionPay.

When do I have to pay?

Well that depends on the cancellation policy. If you have booked on a non-refundable price the total amount will be charged after you made the reservation. If you have booked with a refundable price, you can pay on spot but in case of no show, the first night will be charged.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately not. We are not accepting any pet shall it be dog,cat or turtles.

Where can I park?

The easiest solution would be if you ask for a parking place for only EUR 10 /night / vehicle. In this case our receptionist will tell you how to get to the exact parking place.

Where is the reception?

We are located exactly in Nagy Templom street 11, (gps coordinates:Latitude: 47.486355 Longtitude: 19.076119)
When you arrive please follow the instructions at the main gate and push 203 door-bell. Come up to the second floor, get out of the elevator and turn right twice. If you still can’t find us please call our reception on +36 20 234 8302

How can I book online?

First of all choose the apartment you like on the main page than check availability. You will be directed to our official booking engine where you have to give the dates again than click on search. Add extra services, fill up the details and book it.

I will be late what should I do?

If you are going to be late please let us know, just send an email or give us a call, we will wait for you but we would appreciate any update of your arrival.

There is some error on the website, what should I do?

In case you notice any error or failure on the website please be patient our IT team should working on the problem already. In case you need a feedback immediately please call our reception on +36 20 234 8302

Can I have a hen-party or stag-party?

Unfortunately all kind of parties are prohibited and your reservation can be cancelled on our behalf immediately in case you do not keep the house rules. No financial restitution of reservation will take place.

How many sets of key will I receive?

We give one set of key for one apartment. In case of need we may give you another for a deposit, but you will be responsible for that one and if you lose it you will have to pay.

I have a wheelchair, are all apartments available to me?

Almost.

Is there an elevator in the building?

Yes it is. However if it breaks as it is not our responsibility and propriety, so all we can do is to inform the caretaker company and hope that they will repair it as soon as possible.

Can I have a guest?

In the apartment only our own guests can stay. In case you would like to change the number of guest please get in contact with us as it could be cheaper for more persons.

I need an ambulance, what should I do?

In case you feel sick or there is an emergency situation please get in contact with the reception immediately. We will call an ambulance.

Do I have to pay for any medical treatment I receive during my holiday?

Yes you have. If you have an insurance than they should pay back to you later. Field-work can vary between EUR 60-100, in case you need a medicine, it can vary between EUR 100-200 or even more depending on the type of medicine.

What if I would like to rent it for a longer period?

In this case I kindly ask you to write an email to our reception, they will forward it to our sales department that will generate an offer.

What if I need a certification for visa?

In case of any special request please get in contact with the receptionist and they will guide you.
